Need a personal hair sylist and makeup artist
Some of the time I am ok with the way I look. I have grown to accept that I’m not perfect and I am happy youth is still on my side.
At times, I make a great attempt to look like a serious, grown up career lady or when I’m going out with friends, I’ll actually take time with my makeup. On other days, when I wake up for work, I’m just too tired for it. I know it will only take me an extra minute to put on eyeliner but it’s still too much effort.
I put on foundation or powder for my face some days and that’s it.
Sometimes I wish I was like a celebrity and could have my own hair stylist and makeup artist. Then, getting ready to leave the apartment wouldn’t be such a chore.
It’s difficult to explain to men the feeling and pressure that we have to wear makeup and attempt to look good in public.
I get jealous of my fiancé when all he has to do is jump in the shower and shave every now and then. I wish my schedule was that easy.
I am happy that I have found someone who likes me just as much without makeup.
I can take comfort in the fact that I don’t go crazy with makeup and have my makeup caked on my face.
